Explication rates

Payment is usually accepted only in the specified currency unless another currency and the corresponding amount has been agreed in advance with España Casas. 

Duration of stay: minimum stay 5 days. Prices are per week, including water, electricity and linen. The cost of final cleaning and any optional costs are not included.

4 weeks rate: Here is a special rate for a stay of 4 weeks and in the months of april through october. Long stay tariff: Prices per week at a rental period from 4 weeks and only in the months of november through March. 

Deposit: The deposit will be refunded within 8 days after departure, provided that the accommodation is not clean ( like tableware in the cupboard, no left about household waste, clean barbecue and oven etc. ) or left with damage and/or loss of the inventory. The costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Dates of arrival and departure

Key handover: The key transfer is possible at any day of the week. Arrival on the 1st day between 14.00 and 20.00 hours. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hours. Other times are possible in consultation with the keyholder.

Upon your arrival and during your stay the keyholder can provide you with various services to make things as easy as possible during your holiday. They welcome you and do the key transfer with you personally and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. Also they are the point of contact during your stay.

Panorama Mar consists of 4 blocks with a total of 185 apartments all facing South and having stunning views towards the Mediterranean Sea, Playa Flamenca and Torrevieja. PUNTA PRIMA
Punta Prima is a typical Spanish seaside tourist resort located on the southern Costa Blanca within 30 minutes of two international airports Murcia and Alicante. The beaches are some of the cleanest around and have been awarded the blue flag status. Punta Prima has a Mediterranean climate with 320 days of sunshine a year. The beach has a wonderful promenade with shops and boutiques and bars and restaurants.

Punta Prima is situated a ten minute drive just south of Torrevieja. For those more energetic you can reach Torrevieja by foot, a mere thirty minute stroll along the coast or there is an hourly bus service to take you there.

Also just a short stroll to a sandy beach or follow the newly built promenade to explore other beaches, makes this resort an appealing and desireable spot to enjoy your holiday. Walk just 10 minutes and you will have access to a variety of cuisines including Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Japanese or Indian.

Punta Prima has a sandy beach. On one side where you can swim, paddle or simply sunbathe, and on the other rock pools which provide an ideal and safe location for children to spend time looking for crabs or fish or just sitting in the warm pools.

Additional Conditions for the use of electricity!
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energie, unless more than 80Kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the muliple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit at 0.25€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give you an explanation on site.

España Casas will send a booking confirmation for each booking request. After the booking has been made, you will have to settle 30% of the rental price within 5 working days.

The balance has to be settled at least 60 days before the rental period starts. In case the booking is made within 60 weeks before the rental period starts, the rental price has to be settled at once.
